MasTec Utility Services employees should work with their supervisors to determine the number of paid hours they will spend on training activities each month. MasTec will pay for all required Company training. Employees must report all time they spend on required
training. Off-the-clock work on required
training is strictly prohibited.
Employees may voluntarily choose to spend time outside of working hours learning for personal development, but MasTec will not pay for this time as such voluntary training is not directly related to and required for the employee’s job .
